We advise Partners who have lived together as well as Married Couples. We are members of Resolution. We aim to avoid divorce or separation becoming a 'contest' with 'winners' and 'losers to achieve a fair outcome, so as to foster a working relationship between the couple. We help them to put their children first. We are used to working together and with other Collaborative Lawyers to help our Clients achieve an agreement that works for them and their family. We recognise that Separation and Divorce is a traumatic period in life. You need help to make good decisions, when you are facing emotional, social and financial upheaval. We will support you and advise you if necessary to engage the help of Family Consultants. Family Consultants (Psychotherapists, Counsellors, Couples Counsellors, Life Coaches or Mediators) can be used to work through difficulties that one or both of you may be experiencing which may hinder you in working constructively towards an agreement about either finance, the children or both.
