We advise Partners who have lived together as well as Married Couples. We are members of Resolution. We aim to avoid divorce or separation becoming a 'contest' with 'winners' and 'losers to achieve a fair outcome, so as to foster a working relationship between the couple. We help them to put their children first. We are used to working as a team with other Collaborative Lawyers, Mediators, Family Consultants, Financial Neutrals and other Professionals to help our Clients achieve an agreement that works for them and their family. We recognise that Separation and Divorce is a traumatic period in life. You need legal, personal and financial support and guidance to make good decisions, which is why Family Consultants and Financial Neutrals are an essential part of the Collaborative Team.
